Of Italian origin, he is the father of Saison restaurant (and also of two little girls). He worked in prestigious establishments (George V, Le Bristol, Hostellerie de Levernois) before realizing his dream: a place where you can enjoy delicious food and feel comfortable. On the plate? Simply what he himself would want to eat.
Clara Mazoyer
She is the restaurant manager at Saison. Passionate about (very good) wines, with a precision and attention to detail as sharp as Riccardo and Gabriel's knives, she puts all her heart and talent into making sure you have a lovely time.
Gabriel Moura
He is the rising star of Dijon's culinary scene. Having arrived from Brazil four years ago, he honed his skills at the Hostellerie de Levernois, where he met Riccardo. Precise, sensitive, and talented, he creates exquisitely delicate dishes, as well as ice creams and sorbets that are simply irresistible.
